Vacancy: Electrical Synchronization & Installation Technician at Mikano International, Lagos

Mikano International Limited is seeking an Electrical Synchronization & Installation Technician for its Ogba, Lagos operation. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in panel work, generator synchronization, installation, and maintenance. Key responsibilities include customizing and assembling automation panels, wiring components per diagrams, installing breakers and accessories, and maintaining customer panel designs. You will ensure all gen-sets wiring meets company standards and targets are achieved on time. Applicants must hold an ND/HND/BSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field. You should have at least three years’ experience with generator sets, strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
