Account Officer – Accounts Receivable (Full-Time, Surulere)

🚨 Urgent Hiring: Account Officer – AR We seek a detail-oriented Account Officer to manage receivables, collections and customer account monitoring in our logistics, FMCG and cold chain operations in Surulere, Lagos State. Key Responsibilities: • Issue invoices and maintain accurate accounts receivable records • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments • Prepare receivables aging reports and reconcile accounts • Conduct collection calls, emails and messages • Collaborate with Sales to recover overdue balances • Maintain proper documentation and escalate high-risk accounts Requirements: • BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance or related field • 1–3 years’ experience in accounts receivable, credit control or collections • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment How to Apply: Send your CV via email and use “Account Officer” as the subject line.
