Tinubu Clinches APC Ticket for 2027 Presidential Election

President Bola Tinubu secured the All Progressives Congress presidential nomination in the party’s primaries held on Saturday, May 23. The exercise spanned all 8,809 wards across Nigeria’s 774 local government areas. His sole challenger was Stanley Osifo from Edo State. Tinubu has now been presented with his Certificate of Return and the party flag as APC’s flagbearer for 2027.
