INEC Aligns PDP National Executives with Wike Faction in Portal Update
INEC has removed Ahmed Yayari and Daniel Woyengikuro from its portal list of PDP National Treasurer and National Financial Secretary. They have been replaced by Odeyemi Mackson Oladiran and Eyim Donatus Henry. Yayari and Woyengikuro belong to the Makinde-backed Turaki faction. Oladiran and Henry are members of the FCT Minister Nyesom Wike’s faction, which INEC now recognises fully. Earlier, INEC had listed Abdulrahman Mohammed as National Chairman and Samuel Anyanwu as National Secretary under Wike’s faction but retained the other two officials from the Turaki camp. The latest update resolves that inconsistency, showing all PDP executives on INEC’s portal aligned with Wike.
