Hundreds of migrants were reported to be camping on beaches in Ceuta, Spain’s North African enclave, after a mass border crossing from Morocco. I later realised that Ceuta is geographically on the African continent, despite being governed by Spain. It raises a bigger question: if Spain does not want people crossing into its territory, should it return the land to its original owners?
