Atlas Lions Announce Three World Cup Tune-Up Matches
Morocco will play three friendlies as they prepare for the 2026 World Cup. They start with a closed-door match against Burundi on May 26 at their training centre in Salé. Next is an official send-off with Madagascar on June 2 in Rabat. Their final warm-up will be against Norway in New York on June 7. The squad will begin camp on May 22, with the final roster confirmed a week later. The Atlas Lions, semi-finalists in Qatar 2022, have been drawn in Group C alongside Brazil, Scotland and Haiti.
