Drama as Portable and Ashabi Clash Over ₦200K Support and Rent
Controversial singer Portable and his babymama Ashabi have reignited their online feud over child support, rent, and personal insults. Portable accused Ashabi of using their children to stay relevant and threatened to stop paying rent on the house he secured for her family. He also boasted about sending money to her mother after his wife’s childbirth and warned she would never find another man to marry her. In response, Ashabi revealed that in six months he only sent ₦200,000 for their kids, with just ₦18,000 given when they saw the children in person. She said the kids remain in the rented home solely for their schooling and hinted at ongoing legal battles. She dismissed Portable’s claims as attention-seeking and urged him to stop dragging her name in his videos. This latest clash follows a New Year confrontation in which both parties accused each other of physical violence and threats. Ashabi has since described Portable as jealous and unpredictable, while he claims his pregnant wife and children were endangered during their encounter.
