ADC Stakeholders Demand Probe of Nasarawa Governorship Primary Amid Voting Disruptions
Concerned ADC members from Karu, Nasarawa and Toto LGAs have urged party leadership to review the May 26 governorship primary in Nasarawa State. They say registered members in some wards gathered at polling venues but never received electoral materials or cast votes. The group claims disruptions and insecurity hindered voting in parts of Nasarawa West. Eld. Saleh Rabo says they hold photographs, eyewitness statements and official petitions to support their allegations. They call on the ADC and relevant authorities to investigate and protect members’ democratic rights. Despite the concerns, the stakeholders reaffirmed their support for the ADC and its presidential candidate ahead of the 2027 elections. The party has not yet responded to these claims.
