We are seeking an Estate Surveyor & Valuer to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. You will conduct property valuations, prepare reports and market analyses, carry out inspections, and advise clients on investment strategies. You will also support end-to-end property management and monitor market trends in Lagos. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or a related field and has 2–3 years’ experience in valuation or property management. You must have strong analytical and communication skills. Registration with ESVARBON or membership of NIESV is an advantage.
