A Faithful Prayer for Renewal

I feel tormented by the voices around me. The fresh air I once enjoyed has gone. My joy, peace, happiness, and laughter have all vanished. Lord, you are the living God at work. You remember those who seek your help. You promised that when we ask, it shall be given. I ask you now to restore all I have lost and bring back what the enemy stole. If you are for me, who can stand against me? Let those who mock me see your power and find their way to you. Forgive me, have mercy, and send your angels to comfort me. I pray this through Christ, my Lord and Savior. Amen.
