Trump Attends Dignified Transfer Ceremony for Four U.S. Soldiers Killed in Iran Conflict
USA President Donald Trump on July 22 attended a dignified transfer ceremony at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. He met privately with the families of the four service members killed in the Iran conflict before help escorting their remains home. Transfer cases carried 1st Lt. Tyler James Feehan, Staff Sgt. Michael Emmanuel Swinton, Sgt. Angel S. Rampersad and Pvt. Isabella Gonzales in order of rank. To date, 18 U.S. service members have been killed in the war. At Joint Base Andrews, President Trump said, “We love you, we love your child… Receiving the remains of fallen American service members is one of the hardest tasks of my job. We honor our heroes, and they are indeed great heroes.”
