Over 100 UNIZIK Lecturers Empowered in Three-Day Entrepreneurship Workshop
The Tertiary Education Trust Fund and the National Universities Commission wrapped up a three-day “Teaching Entrepreneurship Using Effectuation” workshop at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. More than 100 lecturers attended sessions on effectuation, value-creator mindsets, artificial intelligence and creativity. At the closing ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor urged participants to transfer their new skills to students, stressing that entrepreneurship is vital for national development. Dr. Ifeanyi Okoli described the programme as engaging and impactful, noting lecturers’ dedication in quizzes and assignments. A representative of the participants affirmed that staff are now fully equipped to deliver entrepreneurship studies effectively. Certificates of participation were presented, followed by group photos with facilitators. The event featured contributions from senior university leaders and resource persons from UNIZIK and Ahmadu Bello University.
