Operation Hadin Kai Troops Bust Terrorist Supply Ring in Borno, Arrest Six Suspects
Operation Hadin Kai troops have dismantled a suspected terrorist logistics network in Borno State, arresting six men during an intelligence-led operation. Soldiers intercepted five vehicles carrying cartons of herbicides, a jerrycan of suspected acid, a Starlink communication system, bags of fertiliser and other supplies. The military information officer said recovered items will undergo forensic tests, including checks for potential use in improvised explosive devices. He described the operation as a major setback for insurgent supply chains in the North East. All suspects and exhibits have been handed over to Military Intelligence for further investigation. Residents are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to security agencies.
