They skip sleep, hide depression and handle insults from bosses and clients. Their sacrifices are seen as responsibility and strength. But when women cook after work or support their husbands, some label it oppression or emotional labor. True partnership means shared sacrifice, mutual support and understanding. It’s time we recognize both men’s and women’s burdens equally.
