Despite a disclaimer from the Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, the agency still appears on pages 50–51 of the 2026 appropriation budget. If an agency that supposedly does not exist went into the national budget, our entire appropriation risks being fraudulent. How could the CBN, the Accountant General’s office, the Head of Service, and both chambers of the National Assembly all overlook this phantom agency? I call for an independent panel to review budget lines, examine all official documents, and investigate the mysterious death of my intermediary and recent attempts on my life.
