Chris Brown Faces Custody Battle as Ex Seeks Physical Custody of Their Daughter
Diamond Brown has filed for both physical and legal custody of her four-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown, in Los Angeles. Court documents obtained by TMZ show she also requested Chris Brown’s visitation rights and coverage of her legal fees. The paternity suit was filed on April 3, after a voluntary declaration by Chris admitting paternity. Lovely has lived with her mother since birth. The filing comes just weeks before Chris confirmed the arrival of his son with his current partner, Jada Wallace. The R&B star is also father to daughter Royalty and son Aeko from previous relationships.
