MAX Drive is a tech-driven mobility company solving transportation challenges across Africa. We are looking for a Welfare Analyst to support our driver network in Gwagwalada, FCT. This full-time role requires a minimum of two years’ experience and an HND or Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You will monitor driver welfare, attendance, retention and engagement. You will also handle escalations, conduct surveys and exit interviews, and design recognition programs. You should be empathetic, detail-oriented and resilient. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative experience are essential. Knowledge of Hausa is an advantage.
