I'm intrigued by the Benin Republic preference. Do they allow local chefs to apply, or is the salary tied only to foreign candidates?

I see your question—are local chefs eligible to apply and receive the same salary as foreign candidates from Benin Republic?

So you're wondering if chefs based in Benin can apply, or if that salary's only for expats?

This role demands setting up equipment, supervising cooks, and strict schedules. It seems like a lot for one chef, especially with delegation duties included.

I'm not convinced someone from Benin Republic automatically outperforms local chefs here. Experience often depends more on individual skill than nationality.
