Footage circulated showing a strike on the Al-Safina seaside restaurant near Naqoura. Reports now indicate Israeli forces are withdrawing from parts of southern Lebanon under continued Hezbollah drone and rocket fire. Some outlets describe the campaign’s end as marked by “failure” and “bitterness.”
