Catch Kwam1’s Grand Tour of His New Ijebu Ode Resort
Fuji legend King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall, popularly known as Kwam1, has officially opened his lavish new resort in Ijebu Ode. In a recent video, he welcomed guests through gleaming marble halls, ornate lounges and private suites, offering a glimpse of his sprawling estate. Viewers flooded social media with reactions, calling the property “a whole kingdom” and debating how the Fuji icon funded such a project. Some fans even compared his lifestyle to that of top Afrobeats stars. Beyond his business ventures, Kwam1 has pursued traditional leadership in Ijebu. He recently claimed eligibility for the vacant Awujale stool, arguing his lineage in the Jadiara branch. The Fusengbuwa ruling house and the state governor are now parties in a suit he filed over the chieftaincy process. Earlier this year at the Ojude Oba festival, Kwam1 was conferred the title Olori Omoba Akile Ijebu, a ceremony celebrated by peers including Queen Salawa Abeni and Mercy Aigbe.
