Outgrow Your Problems: Faith and Perseverance

“But none of these things move me.” In Acts 20:24, Paul declares that despite chains and tribulations, he remains undeterred. He shows us two ways to face challenges: pray and trust God to remove them, or grow in strength until the problem no longer matters. The story of George Mallory’s Everest expeditions illustrates the second approach. After three failed attempts and a tragic avalanche, a survivor spoke to the mountain: “You defeated us once, twice, three times. But we shall someday defeat you, because you can’t get any bigger. But we can.” With faith and perseverance, we too can outgrow our greatest obstacles.
