Youthcreed Loan Shows Zero Income Despite Millions in Business Account Transactions

Good morning, everyone. I started registering for the newly introduced Youthcreed loan after reading about someone who applied successfully. However, while linking my bank account through Mono for an assessment of my financial records, I received an unexpected result. The platform showed my average monthly income as zero, even though the account I linked is my business account and it has monthly transactions worth millions of naira. Has anyone experienced this issue? How can I correct the income assessment, especially since there is no option to upload my transaction history manually?

Has anyone else linked an account through Mono and seen zero income despite regular business transactions?

Yes, that kind of mismatch is worth checking carefully, especially when the account activity does not reflect in the income view.

Account turnover and income are not always the same, so the assessment may be classifying those transactions differently.

Millions moving through an account alone should not automatically prove profitability or loan repayment capacity.

Check whether business inflows are clearly labelled, then compare the linked account records with your actual sales and expense history.
