Warning: Avoid 3VS/97 (NAHCO Travel) at MMIA When Booking Turkish Airlines

Dear Nigerians, I want to share my experience so others don’t fall into the same trap. I booked a refundable Turkish Airlines ticket at Lagos MMIA through an agent coded 3VS/97 under NAHCO Travel. They claimed to be part of the airline but denied any responsibility once issues arose. When I requested a refund, they vanished. All contact details were removed. Turkish Airlines directed me back to the agent, and the agent sent me right back to the airline. I even spoke with Mr. Kelechi, but he refused to escalate my refund request. Please be careful. Even if you pay extra for a refundable fare, this agent will frustrate your claim until the ticket expires. Avoid buying from 3VS/97 (NAHCO Travel) at MMIA.
