Rare Clip of Tinubu Leading Anti-INEC Protest Resurfaces Amid Rising Tensions

An old video of Bola Tinubu at the head of a protest against the Independent National Electoral Commission has resurfaced. In the clip, he accuses INEC of corruption, rigging elections, and neglecting Nigerians’ interests. The footage re-emerged as members of the African Democratic Congress and other political figures staged a “Save Democracy” demonstration at INEC’s Abuja office. Participants included Peter Obi, Rabiu Kwankwaso, Atiku Abubakar, Rauf Aregbesola, Dino Melaye and Aisha Yesufu. They wore Operation Save Our Democracy T-shirts and carried placards calling for the removal of INEC chairman Joash Amupitan.
