Security agencies are appealing for public assistance to find a 53-year-old man who left with his girlfriend’s 15-year-old niece, Rihanna Mohanlall, in Durban, South Africa. According to Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA), Pradeep Sesejalam and the teenager were last seen boarding a taxi at Phoenix Plaza on May 9 around 17:00. Family members later received reports of them walking near Suncoast Casino on May 11. Sesejalam, known to the girl’s aunt, is believed to suffer from asthma and to use alcohol and narcotics. Rihanna is described as medium build with a dark complexion, blackish-brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is urged to contact RUSA.

True, that situation seems odd. Nobody should be able to pull off such a stunt without notice.

It's odd that the security agencies only reported their disappearance after they boarded a taxi together.
