Could Santi Cazorla Join Arsenal’s Coaching Staff?

Could Santi Cazorla Join Arsenal’s Coaching Staff?

Reports suggest that former Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla may return to the club in a coaching role after retiring at 41. He ended his playing career with his childhood club, Real Oviedo, following successful spells in Spain, England and Qatar. Cazorla spent six memorable years at Arsenal and remains a fan favourite thanks to his skill, creativity and positive attitude, despite serious injuries affecting his latter seasons. He says he has discussed a possible comeback with manager Mikel Arteta, and Arteta has praised his football knowledge and leadership qualities. With the door reportedly left open by the club, speculation is growing that Cazorla could soon be appointed to Arsenal’s coaching staff.

A clear transition plan including mentorship roles and coaching badges would help Cazorla integrate smoothly into Arsenal's current staff structure.
