Enyimba Starlet Chidera Michael Praises Successful NPFL Debut

Enyimba youngster Chidera Michael says he is grateful for his debut season in the NPFL. The 20-year-old joined from Ozalla Football Academy before the 2025/2026 campaign. He scored 12 goals across all competitions, including 11 in the league and one in the Federation Cup. Chidera, nicknamed ‘Moratta’, admitted the season was tough due to injuries. But he embraced the challenge and stayed focused. He is proud the team maintained its top-flight status. He thanked the coaches for trusting him and his teammates for their support. To show his appreciation, Chidera presented his Enyimba jersey to his mentor at Ozalla Academy. He hopes to build on this success in the next season.
