Lead Global Expansion as Export Manager in FMCG Manufacturing

Lead Global Expansion as Export Manager in FMCG Manufacturing

Join our manufacturing/FMCG team as Export Manager to drive international sales growth and expand into new markets. You will develop and execute export strategies, manage the full export lifecycle—including documentation, customs clearance and shipping—and coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with distributors, freight forwarders and regulatory bodies. You will negotiate contracts and payment terms with overseas clients, monitor inventory against production plans, optimize supply chain costs and prepare performance reports with market intelligence. We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade or a related field and 10–15 years’ export management experience within manufacturing, FMCG or logistics-driven environments. You must have strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, customs regulations and hands-on experience with ERP systems and freight operations. Qualified applicants should send a CV and cover letter by email with the subject “Application for Export Manager Role”.
