What Is a Reasonable Monthly Food Budget for Retired Parents in Nigeria?

For those who support retired parents in Nigeria, how much do you send monthly for feeding? My parents are retired and receive pensions. They live in their own home in Ilorin, so rent is not a concern. They also do not have regular medical expenses. I am trying to estimate a realistic monthly food budget for two people. This includes rice, beans, meat, fish, vegetables, and other cooking ingredients. With current food prices, is ₦100,000, ₦150,000, ₦200,000, or more reasonable? I would appreciate practical estimates from people who currently support their parents or know what a two-person household spends on food.
