Iheanacho Nets Decisive Goal as Celtic Beat Hibernian

In a Scottish Premiership clash at Easter Road on Sunday, Celtic edged Hibernian 2–1 thanks to a late impact from Nigeria’s Kelechi Iheanacho. Daizen Maeda had put Celtic ahead with a simple tap-in just before halftime, but Joe Newell drew the hosts level in first-half stoppage time. Iheanacho replaced Yang Hyun-jun in the 70th minute and fired his seventh goal of the season just two minutes later, keeping Celtic level on points with the league leaders, who have a game in hand.
