Delta Aide Slams Fans Who Took Selfies with Chike Amid Infidelity Claims
Delta State Governor’s aide Ossai Ovie Success has condemned a crowd of women who rushed to take photos with singer Chike at a Lagos cinema on May 17. He accused them of rewarding a man at the centre of an alleged affair with a married woman and called their reaction “a celebration of home wrecking.” In his post, Success warned that cheering infidelity undermines marriage vows and sets a dangerous example for young people. He argued that public approval of such behaviour weakens moral standards and can backfire on those who applaud it. The aide added that the real victims—spouses and children—suffer lasting shame when infidelity is glamorized. He urged Nigerians to reconsider the messages they send when they turn adultery into entertainment.
