Why My Parents Rejected My First Lekki Mansion, Thinking It Was Yahoo Money

I even printed my bank statements to prove the funds came from music. After seven days of prayers, they agreed—but only if I moved in with them. I needed privacy as my career took off, but I wanted them out of the ghetto. So we all lived there together until I could afford another home and finally moved out.

It's odd that printing official bank statements still wasn't enough to convince them your N70m came purely from music.
