Terrorists Ambush in Plateau State Claims Community Leader and Woman

Suspected terrorists killed two people in separate attacks in Barkin Ladi and Riyom Local Government Areas of Plateau State. On Sunday, 28 June 2026, gunmen ambushed and shot dead Mr. Daniel Pulle, 58, the community leader of Gana-Ropp in Ropp District, while he was returning home on his motorcycle near the community bridge. In a second incident, Mrs. Deborah Benjamin Kak was shot at her home in Lwa village, Bachi District, on 26 June 2026. She later died from her injuries on Sunday at Jos University Teaching Hospital.
