Immediate Opening: Digital Trade Officer in Festac Town, Lagos

We are seeking a dedicated Digital Trade Officer to join our finance team in Festac Town, Lagos. This full-time role offers a net monthly salary of ₦150,000, six-day work weeks, and eight-hour days. Night-shift accommodations are available when required. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across multiple platforms • Assist customers with trade enquiries, account issues, and transaction requests • Process orders, verify details, and maintain accurate digital records • Collaborate with teams to resolve and escalate technical issues • Document transaction activities and prepare regular operational reports • Ensure compliance with financial policies and deliver excellent customer service Qualifications: • OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms • Excellent written and spoken English skills • Good customer service and interpersonal abilities • Attention to detail and capacity to work under pressure • Basic understanding of digital financial transactions is an advantage To apply, send your CV in PDF format via email with the job title as the subject.
