WAFCON 2026: Super Falcons, South Africa and Five Others Reach Quarter-Finals

Nigeria’s Super Falcons have qualified for the WAFCON 2026 quarter-finals after their group-stage campaign. Cameroon, Morocco, Algeria, Côte d’Ivoire, South Africa, Nigeria and Malawi are also confirmed among the teams through so far. The remaining qualification places will be decided as the group stage concludes. The highlights include Nigeria’s matches against Zambia and Egypt, Malawi versus Zambia, South Africa’s 1–0 win over Burkina Faso, and Senegal’s goalless draw with Morocco.
