Tinubu's Only Weapon: Rigging Over Results

By now, Tinubu seems to view rigging as his final resort. Even that tactic could end his political career. He has failed to revive the economy and deepened hardship for ordinary Nigerians. His policies have bred propaganda, nepotism and chronic corruption. Rather than campaign on achievements, his camp attacks opponents with blackmail, threats and name-calling. Supporters resort to propaganda instead of record-driven arguments. When Obi and Kwankwaso joined the NDC, fake campaign posters of Goodluck Jonathan appeared in Lagos and Abuja. These tactics expose Tinubu’s insecurity more than any real success.
