Enugu Police Quickly Apprehend Man, Recover Stolen Tricycle Hours After Theft
The Enugu State Police Command arrested a 30-year-old man and recovered his stolen tricycle just hours after it went missing in Trans-Ekulu. Officers acted swiftly when the owner reported the vehicle absent outside his home at 6:00 a.m. on April 18. By 10:00 a.m., they found the tricycle on Nike Road, Abakpa-Nike, and took the suspect into custody. Under questioning, he confessed and blamed hardship for his actions. He will be arraigned after investigations conclude. The Commissioner of Police praised the prompt operation and urged all vehicle owners to adopt basic security measures.
