Tottenham Reportedly Step Up £51m Move for Monaco Striker Folarin Balogun

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly stepping up efforts to sign AS Monaco forward Folarin Balogun in a deal that could reach £51 million. The 25-year-old United States international has scored 31 goals in 91 appearances for Monaco since joining the French club in 2023. His pressing, movement and link-up play are said to fit Roberto De Zerbi's plans for Tottenham's attack. Monaco are reportedly open to a summer sale, with Balogun having two years left on his contract. Arsenal, where he spent 15 years before leaving for Monaco, would receive 17.5 per cent of any transfer fee through a sell-on clause.
