From Football Setbacks to Hardship: What Has APC Improved?

The Super Falcons’ reported failure to qualify after a loss to South Africa feels like another painful blow to a team that has long been a source of national pride. The Super Eagles’ recent World Cup disappointments have added to the frustration. Beyond football, many Nigerians are struggling with food prices, fuel costs, unreliable electricity and scarce jobs. Families are under pressure, while many young people are looking for opportunities outside the country. APC promised change and renewed hope, but I feel the reality has been renewed hardship, hunger and national embarrassment. What tangible improvement can Nigerians genuinely point to under this government that was not better before?
