New Incentives Recruits Entry-Level Field Officers Across Northern Nigeria

New Incentives – All Babies Are Equal is recruiting entry-level Field Officers for current and potential future programme expansion across several northern states, including Bauchi, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Niger, Sokoto, Yobe and Zamfara. Field Officers will enrol eligible caregivers at public health clinics, support cash-transfer disbursements linked to infant immunisation, monitor clinic services, keep records, and engage health workers and community stakeholders. The role also involves reporting supply, fraud and security concerns promptly. Applicants should be hardworking, comfortable with hands-on fieldwork in remote communities, and willing to follow programme, cash-management and security procedures. The recruitment is partly for a contingency pool to support possible future scaling.
