Osun APC Demands Fair Probe, Rejects Governor Adeleke’s Claims Over Accord Member’s Death

Osun APC Demands Fair Probe, Rejects Governor Adeleke’s Claims Over Accord Member’s Death

Members of APC in Esa-Oke have condemned attempts to blame their campaign director for the killing of Accord Party member Ajayi Rogba. They warn that turning the tragedy into political propaganda disrespects the grief of the bereaved family. At a news conference, Prof. Siji Olamiju urged Governor Adeleke and other public officials to let the police complete their investigation before making accusations. He stressed that justice depends on a thorough, impartial inquiry—not on speculation or media trials. APC members appealed for a transparent probe and reminded all stakeholders that anyone found guilty, regardless of party or status, must face the full weight of the law. They urged respect for due process and truth over partisan claims.
