I need your thoughts on a friend’s strange habit. This friend always calls before visiting and asks what I’d like them to buy. I tell them some snacks or groceries. They arrive with everything I asked for, but before they leave, they finish all the items. They not only eat what they brought but also help themselves to anything I have at home. I can’t complain because it’s supposed to be a gift. Why would someone offer to bring you things if they plan to consume everything themselves?
