Joint US-Nigeria Forces Eliminate ISIS No. 2 Commander in Nigeria

Tonight, at my direction, American forces and the Nigerian military executed a meticulously planned mission to eliminate Abu-Bilal al-Minuki, ISIS’s second-in-command worldwide. He believed he could hide in Africa, but our sources tracked his activities. He will no longer terrorize people in Africa or plan attacks on Americans. With his removal, ISIS’s global network is greatly diminished. I thank the Nigerian government for its partnership in this operation. God bless America.
