Gunmen Kidnap Poultry Farm Manager in Ondo’s Akure North

Gunmen attacked the Imafon community in Akure North LGA, Ondo State, abducting farm manager Afolabi Ajayi on Monday morning. It was reported that Ajayi had just stepped out of his vehicle around 10:30 am to enter the poultry farm when the assailants emerged from the bush and forced him into the forest. Family sources say no ransom demands have been made. The incident was immediately reported to the police station in the area. The State Police Command confirmed the abduction and deployed tactical teams to comb the surrounding bush. Officials say all necessary strategies are in place to ensure the manager’s safe rescue and the arrest of those responsible. Further updates will follow.
