APC Senatorial Aspirant Bello Bodejo Detained by Security Agents in Jalingo

Security operatives arrested Bello Bodejo, Taraba Central senatorial aspirant and Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore president, on Thursday night in Jalingo. According to his aide, Umar, Bodejo was detained at a security office shortly after addressing supporters at the APC state secretariat. His associates were asked to leave, and his current location is unknown. This is not his first detention. In 2024, the DSS arrested him over allegations related to a vigilante group in Nasarawa State. It remains unclear whether this latest arrest is politically motivated or linked to security concerns.
