Why Peter Obi Must Stop Party-Hopping and Focus on Nigerians

Peter Obi has moved from APGA to PDP, then to Labour, ADC, and now NDC. This repeated switching resets his progress and raises questions about his commitment. He often travels abroad or around Nigeria in search of the best platform. A confident leader should build support at home instead of starting over each time. No matter where he goes, he will face the same local challenges. Escaping headlines won’t solve Nigeria’s problems or win lasting trust. If he truly wants to lead the country, he must settle, engage with Nigerians directly, and show consistency in his political journey.

If Obi wants real progress, he should invest time in grassroots organising across Nigeria before considering another party move.
