Arrest Warrant Issued for Eminem’s Ex Over Missed DUI Hearing

A Michigan judge has authorized a $10,000 bench warrant for Kim Scott after she failed to attend a scheduled DUI hearing. Scott was expected in court over her May 13 arrest for alleged drunk driving. Prosecutors have also moved to forfeit her pre-trial bond. This would be Scott’s third alleged DUI offence, elevating the charge to a felony under state law. Authorities say her blood alcohol level at the time was nearly three times the legal limit. Scott is best known as rapper Eminem’s former partner and the mother of his daughter. Neither she nor her legal team has issued a public response to the warrant.
