Supporters of the three main opposition leaders spend more time tearing each other down than mounting a united front. This de-marketing and cyber warfare have turned self-sabotage into their main strategy. I’m loyal to the ruling party, yet I want a credible opposition that can hold our democracy to account. True checks and balances depend on citizens and political rivals willing to offer a sober challenge. But ambition without strategy and greed without foresight have left us with fractious rivals instead of a clear alternative. From the north to the south, personal calculations have eroded collective influence, and power without wisdom only muddies the water for everyone.
