Adamawa Youth Rally for Galadima, Demand Central Zone Governorship Slot in 2027
A coalition of youth groups in Adamawa State is calling for a power shift to the Central Senatorial District ahead of the 2027 governorship election. The Tijjani Galadima Youth Forum urged the PTDF boss to contest for governor. During their Sallah outreach, the group distributed 25 kg rice bags and ₦50,000 each to 300 beneficiaries, while 200 others received ₦50,000 in cash. Organizers said this reflects Galadima’s devotion to service and grassroots engagement. Youth leaders praised his integrity, competence, and inclusive vision. They argue that rotating the governorship to Adamawa Central will foster equity, peace, and development in the state. Stakeholders are holding consultations to build consensus around his candidacy. Members pledge to mobilize resources, including purchasing nomination forms, to ensure Galadima joins the race.
