Power Interruption Scheduled for Mpape, Maitama, Jahi and Neighbourhoods This Saturday

The Transmission Company of Nigeria’s Abuja region will carry out preventive maintenance at the Katampe 132/33 kV Transmission Substation this Saturday. Residents and businesses in Mpape, Maitama, Jahi, Life Camp, Kado Fish Market, Idu-Karmo and surrounding areas will experience a planned power outage from 9 am to 4 pm. The work involves servicing the 100 MVA 132/33 kV transformer, its auxiliaries and switchgear to ensure continued reliable performance. The company apologises for any inconvenience the outage may cause and thanks customers for their understanding.
